He enrolled in the University of Oxford's Said Business School to study executive leadership. He also took courses in public policy formulation and development at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
Cully became the Executive Director of the League of Oregon Cities in Salem, Oregon, after relocating north at the end of 2017. He works with 23 workers as a seasoned visionary and change agent to provide advocacy, legal assistance, and services to more over 240 cities in the Beaver State.
